Bus Stop Calle Almendina
This stop is the nearest to The Plaza De La Constitucion.
Bus Stop Avenida Carlos Cano
Although this is the nearest stop to Casa Elana as the crow flies, it's not the shortest walk, plus it's uphill, so we suggest using the Calle Sayalonga stop.
Bus Stop Calle Sayalonga (Nearest Casa Elana)
While this stop isn't the closest to Casa Elana, as the crow flies, it's the best one to use as it's the shortest walk and is almost flat.
Parking Calle Pontil
This car park is free and opposite Casa Elana, just past the Plaza De La Concordia. It's a one-minute walk to the house, and there are always spaces available.
Parking Avenida De Competa
This car park is free and on the main Torrox to Competa road. It's the most accessible car park to get to although it can get busy in Summer.
Parking El Cerillo
This car park is the closest to the Plaza De La Concordia, towards the bottom of the village.
Pizzería-Cerveceria Internacional
Directly opposite Casa Elana, in the Plaza De La Concordia. Great for pizza, tapas and snacks.
MiBar Torrox
Great food, GREAT paella and reasonable prices. You need to pre-book two days in advance for paella via their Facebook page.
Bar Las Niñas
Located in the Plaza de San Roque, buy the old red church. Not expensive.
Meson La Terraza
One of the nicest restaurants in the village. Not cheap, but worth it for that special meal.
Las Fuentes Gastrobar
Las Fuentes Gastrobar is one of many bars in The Plaza De La Constitucion, the main village square. A personal fav as its outside seats are in the shade from mid-afternoon onwards.
Restaurante La Biznaga
Restaurante La Biznaga is one of many bars in The Plaza De La Constitucion, the main village square. Try the tapas lunch menu: 8 for five euros!
Supermercado Carnicas Malagueñas Torrox
This is the closest food store to the house. It's well-stocked and opens most days until 10pm.
Panadería Supermercado Nuestra Señora de las Nieves
A small local store carrying a range of essential foods and other useful products.
Mercado Municipal Torrox
The local indoor fresh market, great for fish, but get there early.
Lidl Torrox Costa
The nearest BIG Lidl is located in Torrox Costa. A five-minute drive or about 15mins on the bus. As you'd expect, it's got everything!
Aldi Torrox Costa
The nearest BIG Aldi is located in Torrox Costa. A five-minute drive or about 15mins on the bus. As you'd expect, it's got everything!
Casa Elana
Plaza De La Constitucion
The heart of Torrox Pueblo. This is the main square with its famous umbrellas and fountains. Sit outside one of the many bars and spend the day people-watching!
Plaza De La Concordia
Directly opposite Case Elana. This is where some local festivals, events and fiestas are held.
Plaza De San Roque
This plaza is home to the famous Ermita De San Roque chapel or red church as it's also known.
Torrox Costa Lighthouse
Located at the end of the fabulous Torrox Costa beaches. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants and a fantastic blue flag beach.
Food Stores
Torrox is well served for food stores. Spending a week or two in the village is more than possible, and you never need to leave it. Everything you might want to eat or drink is available!

Parking
There is on-street parking to the side of Casa Elana, although it is shared with other residents on a first-come-first-served basis. Even if the spaces are taken, there is still plenty of room for loading and unloading cases, shopping, etc.
If the parking at the house is occupied, there are plenty of car parks. The closest is across the road and only a one-minute walk.

Bus Stops
The village is very well served with buses, with public transport to the coast at least every hour most days. And every half hour during busy times. Get the bus from the village to Torrox Costa, then from there to anywhere along the coast, including nearby Nerja.

Beautiful quaint Spanish townhouse, great location, close to the village centre, tapas bars, restaurants and shops. Spacious roof terrace which overlooks the mountain. We loved our stay in Casa Elena!

Cannot rate this house highly enough! The hosts have thought of everything for a great stay. Spacious and homely with a wonderful roof terrace with a great view across the Torrox hills. A great find!

Casa Elana is one of the nicest holiday rentals I've seen. It's got all the equipment I need, is really comfortable, and everything is nice and new. I've stayed in other places in the village and had to walk up and down the hills. Bliss!
