Why do you need all the guests details?
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you a link to this page and ask you to complete a guest information form. The information we'll ask for is as follows...
- The name, address, email and phone number of the person making the booking.
- The name, address, email and phone number of all guests.
- A photo or scan of their passports.
We do this because it's a legal requirement that we hold this information on file for a period of no less than one year from the end of the booking and that we make this information available to the local police.
Most hosts will ask you to complete a physical form when you arrive at the property, but to make things easier and a lot more secure, we collect this data electronically, store it securely and digitally delete it after a year.
