What is the booking process?
The booking process is pretty simple. Below are the various steps to take.
- Select the dates you want in the availability calendar. Once you've done this, the booking form will automatically open.
- On the booking form, select the number of guests, any extras required, and if you have a discount code, apply it now.
- Type your name and details into the booking form and click submit.
Your required dates are now reserved for you and will remain for up to two days.
Within a few minutes, you'll get an automated email details your booking details. PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is not yet confirmed.
Once we have your booking details, we'll double-check everything is OK, communicate with you if there are any issues, and then send you a payment request for the deposit. This will come via our online payment processor, Stripe. If you are due to arrive at Casa Elana within four weeks of the booking being made, instead of requesting a 20% deposit, we'll request payment in full.
You have two days in which to pay the deposit. If no payment is received, your booking request will be cancelled and the reserved dates released for someone else.
Once you've paid the deposit, that's it. You're booking is now confirmed.
We'll send you another payment request for the balance four weeks before your booking starts. You'll have one week to pay it. If it's not paid in this time the booking will be cancelled.
Before 3pm (check-in time) the day of your booking, we'll send you an access code which you can use to get access to Casa Elana.
